6. He must have a shaded light which can be turned on and off. An electric torch is not sufficient unless it is fixed and does not have to be held in the hand.
7. The adjudicator must be provided with a copy of the programme. Please indicate on the programme, any actors and/or actresses who are under 21 years of age.
8. The adjudicator must be allowed adequate time to complete his notes before being escorted to the stage.
9. When giving his criticism, the adjudicator must have the stage to himself with curtains open.
10 The adjudicator should be allowed to inspect the stage, lighting equipment etc. before the performance.
11. When written adjudications are required, arrangements should be made with the adjudicator beforehand.
12. If it is desired to take a recording of the adjudication, the adjudicator's permission must be obtained beforehand.
13. An Officer of the Bromley Theatre Guild will attend the adjudication and two seats should be made available for them. This Officer will be asked to get in touch with you prior to the performance and should be consulted if any difficulty arises. The Officer will also be prepared to introduce the adjudicator to the audience if requested to do so.
14. The Bromley Theatre Guild would be grateful if you would mention on posters and programmes that the play has been entered in the Bromley Theatre Guild's Play Festival.
15. The date for the Final Adjudication has been set for Saturday 14th May, 2011..
